FIRST RACE FOR THE NEW 2012 TC250 AND FIRST PODIUM FOR LOIC LARRIEU!
01/31/2012
Last weekend the first round of the French Enduro Sprint Championship was held in San Thibéry and the Husqvarna riders finished well.

Romain Dumontier (Team Azzalin) rode well when a problem to his rear brake ruined his chances of a top result, but still managed to finish eighth. Without this unfortunate incident, Romain would have battled with his friends and rivals Jeremy Tarroux, Mathias Bellino and Nicolas Deparrois. This race was just a preview of what is to come for the Team Azzalin rider on the world championship winning TE310, as Romain is already in great shape and can't wait to battle with the best!

The surprise of the day came from new MX2 Husqvarna Ricci Racing rider Loic Larrieu, who took part in the event to improve his feeling with the new 2012 TC250, but ended up convincingly fighting the stop watch. Loic showed that he's a motocross rider that doesn't fear rocks or extreme tests by finishing the Scratch in fourth position ahead of strong riders Jeremy Joly and Julien Gauthier. He finished second in the Junior category and gave the new 2012 TC250 its first podium and silverware.
