Cilindro

El cilindro está diseñado de forma conjunta con un innovador sistema de válvula de escape, que controla tanto la propia válvula como la lumbrera secundaria de escape, logrando unos impresionantes valores de potencia, par y control. Gracias a ello, la TC 85 ofrece unas excelentes prestaciones a medio régimen, reduciendo así la necesidad de utilizar el embrague en condiciones de arena o barro.

Manufactured using a high pressure die-cast production process, the crankcases are designed with thinner wall thickness to save weight, while retaining strength and durability. This design also aids in a more compact arrangement, positioning the shaft arrangements closer to the center of gravity for improved handling.

Embrague

La TC 85 cuenta con un embrague de muelle de diafragma mejorado para una mayor durabilidad, sin dejar de ser ligero y compacto. El embrague actúa mediante un sistema hidráulico FORMULA, lo que significa que el juego libre se compensa en todo momento, manteniendo siempre el mismo tacto a pesar del paso del tiempo y sean cuales sean las condiciones de uso.

02. Parte Ciclo

Chasis

Fabricado para ofrecer el tacto más preciso a los jóvenes pilotos, el chasis en acero al cromo molibdeno ha sido fabricado con tubos hidroformados unidos mediante una avanzada soldadura robotizada.

Horquilla delantera WP XACT

Much like the forks on the larger MX range, the WP XACT forks consist of a 43 mm split fork design using a capsulated air spring in the left leg and the trusted oil damping system in the right leg. These components offer remarkable suspension performance with 280 mm wheel travel.

Monoamortiguador WP XACT PDS

The WP XACT PDS shock absorber is fitted to the TC 85. PDS, "progressive damping system," allows the rear end to stay stable over smaller bumps or rough terrain while also soaking up bigger hits with ease.

Subchasis

Made from lightweight aluminum, the subframe features a short and compact profile. The profile not only contributes to the overall low weight but also improves mass centralization.

New brake calipers from Formula, a 220 mm wave disc up front and 210 mm wave disc at the rear provide improved brake feel and consistent brake pad wear to ensure confident braking in any riding condition. Additionally, the clutch and brake assembly reduces wear and ensures maximum reliability and durability.

Ruedas

Black EXCEL rims and CNC-machined hubs are fitted with MAXXIS MAXXCROSS MX-ST tires that deliver outstanding performance on a wide variety of terrain.

Puños ODI lock-on

The TC 85 is fitted with high quality ODI lock on grips as standard. The system includes a vulcanized grip on the throttle grip while the lock-on grip on the left does not require any glue or wire to secure it to the handlebar.

04. Tecnología

Caja del filtro de aire

Es muy fácil acceder al filtro de aire Twin Air sin herramientas, quitando tan solo la tapa lateral izquierda para un rápido mantenimiento. El diseño de la caja del filtro de aire permite un óptimo flujo y una máxima protección del filtro.

Refrigeración

Los radiadores de la TC 85 están diseñados mediante un proceso de dinámica de fluidos computacional para garantizar el paso ideal del aire a través de las aletas de refrigeración para una óptima temperatura del motor y lograr las mejores prestaciones.

Basculante

The swingarm is manufactured from a single piece of aluminum using a gravity die-cast production process. This gives the swingarm exceptional strength while keeping the weight to a minimum. Chain adjustment markings are also visible from above to make for quicker, simpler adjustment.

Escape

The exhaust system on the TC 85 is perfectly suited to the power characteristics of the engine and contributes to the outstanding performance and rideability all round. Additionally, the short and lightweight silencer improves mass centralization while keeping noise levels to a minimum.
