Minimalistic styling, inspired by its scrambler roots, gives the Svartpilen 801 a distinctive and purposeful look. The slim, comfortable ergonomic bodywork wraps smoothly around the upper frame to create a closer connection between rider and machine for a confidence‑inspiring riding experience. The subtle, darker tones of the motorcycle are complemented by the bright LED headlight ring, ensuring visibility in all conditions while adding to its dynamic character. Distinguished by its subtle green accents, the Svartpilen 801 SE stands out with a dark‑green fuel tank and front fender that give the model a refined yet impactful twist, setting it apart from the standard version while preserving the progressive, minimalistic character that defines the Svartpilen range.

Cadre

The Svartpilen 801 delivers advanced agility and stability through its compact tubular steel frame, with its geometry developed for a new breed of street motorcycle. Strong and light hydro-formed components are laser cut and robot welded to ensure precision and durability while a calculated balance of flex and rigidity offers outstanding feedback.

Éclairage

Integrated front and rear LED lights and turn signals add to the progressive and minimalist design of the Svartpilen 801. Positioned neatly around the headlight, the unique LED ring offers clear visibility for the rider and other road users.

Guidon

Lightweight, anodized black, and complete with a crossbar to hint at the brand's offroad heritage, the aluminum handlebars ooze style and provide maximum control and comfort. A WP steering damper boosts front wheel stability while adjustable bar mounts allow riders to set a perfect position for the handlebars.

Réservoir

The 3.7-gallon (14-liter) fuel tank is housed inside a beautifully contoured cover, which is shaped to provide extensive knee contact at all times for a confidence inspiring ride. A bronze-anodized aluminum fuel cap is complete with a machined Husqvarna logo for a premium look.

Selle

The seat is tapered from the front for easy access and movement while riding. Made from high-quality materials and carefully engineered foam, the seat offers assured comfort and durability with padded, heat-stamped ribs improving traction in wet weather.

02. The thrill

Moteur bicylindre parallèle

The Svartpilen 801 is powered by a compact, 799 cc parallel-twin engine. Advanced engineering techniques used to build the engine ensure exceptional efficiency in addition to delivering outstanding performance and durability.

Easy Shift

The Easy Shift is an incredible feature that ensures gear changes are as smooth and quick as possible. Once the EMS registers movement on the gear lever, it momentarily limits power, ensuring seamless upshifts or matches engine speeds when downshifting. For a simplified riding experience, the clutch is not needed when changing gear on the Vitpilen 801.

Modes de conduite

The Svartpilen 801 is equipped with multiple electronic rider aids to improve its usability. Pre-set ride modes offer three different settings - Street, Sport, and Rain. Street is engaged as standard while Sport sharpens the throttle response, giving riders the ability to break traction and steer with the rear wheel. Rain can be activated in adverse weather conditions for a less aggressive throttle response and reduced power output. For the individual setup of throttle response, traction control, and advanced rider settings, a Dynamic mode is available.

Pack Dynamic

The optional Dynamic pack elevates the riding experience and unlocks the full potential of the Svartpilen 801. The Dynamic riding mode can be set up to personal preferences, 3 different throttle response settings can be selected, Street, Sport or Dynamic. On top, it includes a 10-level slip adjustment, a 5-level anti-wheelie control, and MSR (Motorcycle Slip Regulation).

Mode anti-wheeling

La Husqvarna Svartpilen 801 peut être équipée en option, via le pack Dynamic, d’un mode anti‑wheelie offrant cinq niveaux de contrôle — de Très bas à Très haut — permettant d’ajuster précisément le degré de wheeling autorisé. Les pilotes expérimentés peuvent également désactiver complètement ce mode afin de conserver un contrôle total de la moto.

Contrôle de traction en courbe

En traitant instantanément les données d’angle d’inclinaison fournies par trois capteurs intégrés, le contrôle de traction de la moto (MTC) fonctionne dans tous les modes de conduite et fait partie de l’équipement de série. Cette technologie aide à maintenir une traction optimale dans les virages et renforce la sécurité dans toutes les conditions. Le MTC peut également être désactivé par les pilotes expérimentés qui souhaitent dériver dans les virages et profiter d’une expérience de conduite nettement plus dynamique.

Régulation du patinage du moteur

Le frein moteur, géré par la régulation du patinage du moteur (MSR), adoucit le comportement de la moto lors de rétrogradages brusques ou lorsque le frein moteur devient important, afin de préserver la stabilité et d’éviter tout blocage de la roue arrière. La fonction MSR est incluse dans le pack Dynamic et disponible en option. Elle garantit une décélération en douceur pour plus de sécurité, en particulier dans les situations de faible adhérence, et rassure aussi bien les débutants que les pilotes expérimentés.

Ergonomie

Unrestrictive ergonomics deliver a confidence-inspiring riding experience. Designed to place the rider in an optimal position to achieve a low center of gravity, which aids handling, the seat and smooth bodywork combine to offer a heightened level of control. Adjustable handlebar mounts add a level of customization to the Svartpilen 801.

Suspensions

Premium WP suspension provides advanced performance when riding through urban environments and on faster, flowing roads. The easily adjustable 43 mm WP APEX open cartridge front forks offer 140 mm of travel and the option to customize the compression and rebound settings. A WP rear shock, connected directly to the die-cast aluminum swingarm for optimized flex and stability, features 150 mm of travel and the option to fine-tune the rebound.

Freins

Exceptional stopping power comes from a state-of-the-art, J.Juan brake system, with two 300 mm floating front discs and a 240 mm rear disc. Coupled with cornering-sensitive Bosch ABS as standard riders enjoy outstanding safety in all conditions. For when riding on gravel or in dynamic riding scenarios Supermoto ABS can be selected to disengage ABS on the rear wheel. Black anodizing on the calipers with a laser-etched Husqvarna Motorcycles logo provides a premium finish.

Roues et pneumatiques

Lightweight 17", 5-spoke cast alloy wheels are a design standout of the Svartpilen 801, with a discreetly embedded Husqvarna Motorcycles logo. Strong and stable with clean lines, the wheels are fitted with Pirelli MT60 RS tires, offering outstanding grip and durability on all road surfaces.

A 6-speed sequential gearbox offers quick and precise gear changes. The Easy Shift sensor registers movement on the gear lever to momentarily limit power for smooth upshifts. Glass bead-blasted teeth on the 4th, 5th and 6th gears provide exceptional reliability.

04. The tech

Tableau de bord TFT

A 5" TFT dashboard with a bonded glass screen shows vital information to riders. The travelling speed, fuel level, and the selected gear are all clearly displayed and visible at a glance. It is controlled by the backlight switch cubes on the left side of the handlebar.

Connectivité

With the Connectivity Unit fitted as standard, the Svartpilen 801 provides riders with various features to enhance their riding experience. With a smartphone connected via Bluetooth, music can be played and controlled, and calls can be made or received. The Remote Control Mode (RCM) enables the rider to control the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app with buttons on the handlebar for added simplicity.

Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles

Once downloaded onto a smartphone before riding, the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app offers connectivity and unlimited exploration. When paired with the Svartpilen 801, Turn-by-Turn navigation on your device can be displayed on the TFT dashboard allowing riders to easily follow directions and take the fastest route between A and B.

Entretien

The state-of-the-art parallel-twin engine offers exceptional performance, reliability, and serviceability. Thanks to the advanced engineering techniques used during the assembly of each engine, the oil, oil filter, and air filter only need to be replaced every 15,000 kilometers after an initial oil change at 1,000 kilometers.

Antivol

The Svartpilen 801 has an immobilizer fitted as standard to provide anti-theft protection. This electronic security feature is embedded in the motorcycle and is automatically activated when you turn off the ignition, making it a hassle-free yet effective theft deterrent.
